Take the test

Thank you for your interest in working with Ubiqus.

We would like to invite you to take a short transcription test so that we can evaluate your eligibility to perform transcription services for us.

You may start the test at any time after registering. Once you begin the test, you will have 2 hours to complete it and submit it.

 

Here are a few things to remember:

  • Your test must adhere to the specifications provided in the template. Any test that is not properly formatted will be disqualified.
  • You must complete the test entirely by yourself. You may look up terms and names on Google, but you are not allowed to get any help from others or discuss the test with others.
  • Ubiqus has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. If you are brought on as a freelancer, we expect your work to be comparable to the test file you submit.
  • You will have one week from the time you start a test to submit it to our team. Any test that arrives after the time will not be evaluated.
  • Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are not able to take phone calls regarding your application status.  Please be advised that we do NOT provide a list of errors, a graded transcript, or a test score. If you pass the test, you will be notified.
  • If you are located outside the United States, you must have a U.S. bank account in order to work with us and receive payment.
  • Should you be hired, following a 2-month probationary period or completion of 15 assignments (whichever comes first), a background check will be required to continue working with us.
